Moomin Bowl Ninny
Ninny, the invisible child, was ill-treated at a very young age and became unnoticeable. The caretaker took Ninny to Too-ticky who, in turn, took the little girl to the Moomin family. The Moomins welcome Ninny with open arms, and with their love and some time, Ninny’s self-confidence is restored, and she becomes visible again. On the powder-coloured Ninny bowl from the Moomin Classics collection, we can already see Ninny’s tiny paws and legs.
The illustrations are based on Tove Jansson's collection of short stories, "Tales from Moominvalley", originally published in 1962 in Swedish. Bottom stamp: by Arabia & Moomin with a paintbrush & character name in English. Illustration design by Tove Slotte. Material: Vitro-porcelain. Microwave, oven & dishwasher safe. Size: 6 inches.
